Hey everyone, As I'm writing this, I'm looking out of the window and it's grey and tipping it down and not looking very summery at all, so it feels a bit strange to be posting about "July" favourites!  We have had some nice weather though so I guess we can't complain too much. This is a very, very short post this month as nothing much has changed in my beauty/skincare routine over the last few months at all.  For my make up I am still absolutely in love with the IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream which I posted about last month (I will link that here if you want to take a more in-depth read about it) and as my skin is behaving quite well lately, I haven't felt the need to use lots of products or buy lots of new things.  I did however make a couple of little purchases last week (so cheating the "July favourite" a bit) but I did want to share them with you as I instantly loved them. Hey everyone, After missing a blog post on the February My Little Box due to being on holiday (I did do a Facebook Live unboxing which I hated so won't be revisiting them any time soon), this marks a special occasion as it's exactly a year since I started my subscription with My Little Box.  If you're new to my blogs and don't know or haven't heard of My Little Box I will link my first review here and I'll also put some links under my sign-off so you can take a look. 2017 has seen a bit of a re-vamp into the "box" side of things and I'm absolutely loving it.  I honestly don't know what to do with the boxes I have acquired as they are so pretty I can't bear to throw them away (seriously, if there are any crafty people out there reading this - is there something I could do with 10 pretty boxes??). Hey everyone, I wanted to keep with the theme of the last blog post and do another review on a really super affordable cosmetic brand that I'm so happy I discovered.  Essence Cosmetics is owned by the German company Cosnova Beauty and is a fun, affordable range of make up that you can buy here in the UK online or in high street shop, Wilkinsons.  I personally think it's along the same lines as the Miss Sporty range and would say their branding and affordability is aimed at the teenage market. I have never used anything from them before but had seen some pictures popping up on my Instagram feed and they all came with positive comments.  I knew there were a few things in my make up collection that I needed to update like mascara's, so I grabbed a cuppa and went online to their webpage (you can have a look here ) to have a look at the range of products and also if there were any reviews.  I have to say, pretty much all the reviews were great and the prices...

Hey everyone, Christmas seems like such a long time ago now but I wanted to do a quick blog post on a beautiful gift set I got from my brother and his girlfriend from the cosmetics brand, Model's Own. I have to admit I have never used anything from this brand before and I'm very guilty of walking past the pop-up in Bluewater or the new stand in our local Superdrug.  Another fail is I always thought they just sold nail polish! I was very wrong...... Egg Blending Sponge My first impression of this is that, in the packaging, this looks exactly like the Original Beauty Blender.  Once out of the packaging though I did notice that the feeling of this sponge is quite a lot denser than the Original Beauty Blender.  This didn't change when I ran it under water either.  Whereas the Original Beauty Blender seems to soak up the water and expand in size, the Model's Own sponge didn't change at all, which is a little weird as I think you want it...
