Hey everyone, So we finally made it to the end of January and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  I hope it was ok for all of you, whether you chose to do some resolutions like "Dry January" or "No Spend" or you just needed to get through to the first payday since Christmas. There are just a few things that I have been reaching for constantly in January and I really wanted to share them with you.  The first two things though are products I have written about previously so I won't repeat myself but I will send you in the direction of my previous blog posts.  They are (if you haven't guessed already) the Tanya Burr Gift Set ( here ) and my haircare favourites from Percy & Reed ( here ) but they have been staples in my everyday routines through January. Hey everyone, It’s August Favourites time! I know it’s a teensy bit late but I’ve been caught up in the whole excitement of getting the kids back to school and getting some shred of normality back in my life. I’m not surprised to see that my list of favourite things is pretty short for August.  I think this is a combination of it being the summer (beauty and cosmetics products always seem less for me in the heat) and it also being the school holidays and just not having the time that I usually do.  I also want to put a disclaimer out there about the photo quality.  I have no idea what has happened to my camera, but I had to run an update and since then my camera has been all over the place in terms of focusing and it's driving me mad.  I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my blog photos so it's killing me that these aren't quite up to the standard I would like!   First up is the strangest product I think I have ever used....ever! Hey everyone, As I'm writing this, I'm looking out of the window and it's grey and tipping it down and not looking very summery at all, so it feels a bit strange to be posting about "July" favourites!  We have had some nice weather though so I guess we can't complain too much. This is a very, very short post this month as nothing much has changed in my beauty/skincare routine over the last few months at all.  For my make up I am still absolutely in love with the IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream which I posted about last month (I will link that here if you want to take a more in-depth read about it) and as my skin is behaving quite well lately, I haven't felt the need to use lots of products or buy lots of new things.  I did however make a couple of little purchases last week (so cheating the "July favourite" a bit) but I did want to share them with you as I instantly loved them. Hey everyone, It's nearly the end of June unbelievably! I'm not too worried that the month's are flying by though as I'm getting closer to my summer holiday so we are counting down the days here. The things I've been reaching for and loving this month are mainly more than one thing from a few brands so I'll get straight into it. Hey everyone, This month there has been quite a few things that I've been loving.  My March Favourites was quite short as I'd bought some things but hadn't formed an opinion on them so I knew that meant my April Favourites could be a little bit longer.  I will link my March Favourites here if you'd like to have a read but below are all the things I have loved using this month. The first two things I've loved were received in the April My Little Box (I will put the link to my review on this here ) and these are a Vitamin Boost Face Scrub and the Mixa Restoring Body Lotion.  I've really enjoyed the face scrub.  It's for use 1-2 times a week and foams up when in contact with water.  The particles feel gentle on my skin and not scratchy or harsh like some face scrubs can be. Hey everyone, It's official!! It's Spring!! and still flipping freezing cold so my enthusiasm for the two mild days we had earlier this month has well and truly worn off! March has been a quiet month in terms of favourites for me.  Although I seem to have bought quite a few new make up and clothing items I haven't really had a chance to put them to good use.... yet! So here's a quick round-up of the few things I've been reaching for in the month of March: Nestling Oval Make Up Brushes I bought these in January and have really enjoyed using them.  I was sceptical at first and thought they were very gimmicky but they apply my foundation and concealer so effortlessly and I find them almost therapeutic to use.  I bought this set from Amazon and although I've stuck to using mainly the larger ones I am eager to try out the smaller ones for eyeshadow and highlighter. Hey everyone, I can't believe it's the end of February (and by the time you read this the beginning of March)!! It has quite literally snuck up on me and it was only when I started seeing blogs being posted that I realised!! I'm so looking forward to Spring now and can't wait to see some sunshine. I have a mixture of things for my favourites this month.  I've discovered a couple of new make up ranges which I'm really excited about and I've also been reading a lot too.  I've tried so hard to try and make more time for myself and do the things that I'd like to do more of.  There is always a never-ending cycle of washing, ironing, cleaning and homework to be done but as my mum says "it will still be there in the morning"!
