Hey everyone, I've had a constant battle with my hair since as long as I can remember.  I never had long hair when I was little and when I try to grow my hair now, it gets to a certain length just above my shoulders and I end up going back to my faithful pixie cut! This time though it's different (she says!!).  I've given myself exactly a year before I do anything drastic and I want to see how long I can finally get this hair.  I'm going to be having regular two-monthly trims with my hairdresser to keep it in good shape so hopefully I won't find the growing process too difficult.  It's currently growing out of a short graduated bob so the "style" (I use that word very loosely) is looking a little questionable.  I also had the ends dyed "ombre" in May and they are starting to look pretty dry - add this to the fact my hair starts to feel pretty thin the longer it gets... it's not looking good on the hair front at the moment! Hey everyone, How are we even in October!! I just can't believe how quickly the year is flying by! I thought I would take this opportunity to gather together a few things that I've been loving in the month of September.  I always find September a bit of a quiet month in terms of make up and skin care as the weather hasn't quite changed and I'm still happy to use my summer products, but here's the ones that I've reached for over and over again... Dr.Organic  Rose Otto Face Scrub I love this range from Dr.Organic.  It's available in Holland & Barrett and I stumbled across it by complete accident at the end of last year.  I absolutely love this face scrub.  It feels quite harsh on the skin when you first use it, but I just use the tiniest bit and rub it gently over my face about three times a week whilst I'm in the shower.  It costs £7.59 and is currently on Buy One Get One Half Price.    Dr.Organic  Rose Otto Lip Serum ...

Last month I finally managed to get my hands on the new L'Oréal Pure Clay Masks.  They had been featured in the Look magazine I was reading and the fact that they were so cheap (£7.99) really appealed to me. When I bought these they were on offer at £5.00 each from Boots but they are back to their original price.  They are now stocked in Superdrug too though and are currently on offer at £5.29. There are three masks in this collection: Glow, Detox and Purity and as the names suggest, they are targeted for different things.  You can use them separately or you can use all three in one go on specific parts of your face.  I would also say that all three of these are quite highly scented.  Personally I really like that but if you're someone who prefers unscented skincare then I don't think these would be for you. Hey everyone! I can't believe it's that time again when My Little Box arrives.  The months are just flying by so quickly.  I guess that's a good thing though as I don't feel I've been waiting what seems like forever for the postman to knock (although he was a few days later than everyone else so I did have a mild panic and think he'd lost it!).  Also dodging social media spoilers when everyone has received theirs is proving exhausting! Very rarely a cosmetic product comes along and makes it into my "Beauty Holy Grail".  This is what I call any cosmetics that I love so much that I would never think of replacing or trying to find the next best thing out there.  Currently in my Beauty Holy Grail is one product (my Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation) - it's a really tough club to get into! But this year I have found two! Two products that I have found, hugged, stared at and vowed never to let them go - we will be together forever! The first is the Becca Backlight Priming Filter.  This exceeds any of my primer expectations.  This is a liquid product with a champagne/iridescent colour.  The consistency of this is just right.  It's not too thick so you can feel it on your face and not too thin that you need to apply lots of the product.  Just one (maybe even a half) pump onto the back of your hand will be enough to smooth all over your face.  I use this after my...

This eyeshadow palette has featured heavily on my Instagram feed since I bought it at the beginning of the month... and there's a really good reason why......it's fantastic .  I didn't go into this purchase lightly either.  It was something I had been looking at for ages, reading and watching online reviews and making sure that if I was to succumb to the hype, it was going to be worth it.  And I can honestly say it really is.  This is the third of the Too Faced Chocolate-themed palettes.  If you don't know the interest surrounding this palette, it isn't just the fact that they have such great colours, there is also the fact the eyeshadows smell like chocolate! It only feels like yesterday that I was writing my first blog review on the My Little "Coconut" Box from July.  Usually time seems to go in slow motion and I count the days until the next box but as I've been away on holiday, it has speeded up the process and my delivery was waiting for me when I got home!  Just what I needed to see after a two day journey home from the South of France! The theme this month is "Friends" and the illustration on the box is of three girls laying on their inflatables, sipping cocktails and relaxing in the water.  The moment I saw the picture of the pink flamingo inflatable, I just knew I was going to love this box!
